BORCZ+DIXON has created a Digital Marketing Universityβ€” surprisingly unique among advertising agencies. New hires will enter into one of two tracks: Paid Media or Earned Media. Over the course of one year, you will learn all aspects of one category to become the best in the industry.

PAID MEDIA TRACK

You will be required to pass all relevant certifications in the first year from brands such as Google and Facebook. Positions are full time, in house, and paid.

Prior experience with these marketing mediums is preferred, but not mandatory. Only a few candidates will be chosen. And even fewer will rise to the top during their first year. Are you a cut above?

Chosen applicants will receive a digital marketing quiz to assess their aptitude. Be prepared for a 20-minute, brow-sweating experience.
